We can't all do everything. The technology work is changing so quickly, it's hard to keep up, and you can't spend all your time in training. They tell us what their customer wants to achieve and we tell them what's best for them.  When we get into an account using Lotus Notes, we turn to Dean – he's a wizard at this.

We rely on their professional services.  What more can I say.

When it comes down to the project side of our core competency we partner with Net-Flow. When you go outside of your own door, you have to find a quality partner because it reflects back on you. We’ve found it in Net-Flow.

We turn to Net-Flow for all kinds of things, from random Windows problems to more advanced stuff like hardware. They’ve helped me through some rough times – you know like when the whole system crashes and everyone is in water. They come through for us every time.

We know that the first thing people do now is to go to a company’s Web site. Our Web site is our advertising arm. But Web design is a specialized field that’s constantly changing. I’m not a creative person. I can make you a Web site that works and that’s about it.

Net-Flow handled our Web design, and now they take care of hosting, control our security, and guarantee uptime. Everything they handle becomes one more thing I don’t have to worry about.

Net-Flow offered us a good product at a great rate. Using Net-Flow's broadcast feature, we average about 100 blasts a year. Best of all, they don't have a per e-mail fee. Managing clients and sending broadcasts is very simple. I don’t have to be an expert in html to send a professional looking blast. We have continued to increase our direct sales via our Internet using Ne-Flow’s broadcast features - in fact, our broadcasts are so powerful that we have to schedule extra staff when we send a blast promoting a wine sale.

 Net-Flow is the most efficient way for us to reach our vast e-mail list. We ask them to do something, and it’s done.

Net-Flow greatly improved the look and feel of our Web site, but in addition, we could manage it ourselves. They also created a shopping basket that was not hooked up to our backend, which was another tremendous improvement for us. Working with Netflow was a tremendous improvement for us. I’m really impressed with their reliability and customer service, and I appreciate their commitment to their clients.

We went to Net-Flow a couple of years ago when we were trying to get up to speed as far as the Internet side of our business. We had a home-grown system that looked OK but our inventory wasn’t in real time. Net-Flow got us to where we needed to be.

Net-Flow put our whole system together for us, and it has increased our business. It’s not just their customer service that we like, but it saves us time processing orders, so it has also saved us money. 

Net-Flow designed and built our shopping basket, and it’s fabulous. It’s a great improvement on our efficiency and sales. It was an investment, but in the long term, I wouldn’t do it any other way. 

We tried working with other people but I was never able to get enough information from them to make changes on my own. I always had to call them and then the meter started running. With the NOW software and Netflow’s education, I finally feel like I own my own Web site.

Web sites and e-mail are vital to a small business. I’m a novice user of technology but I just adore what I can do with NOW. If you sent me an e-mail, I could have it on a Web site in five minutes. It’s a wonderful tool that allows people to update and make changes to their Web site. And it’s affordable, which is a huge consideration for small businesses.

 What Netflow does for my business coaching clients is to take them to the high level of technology where they need to be, but at the same time they provide the traditional service that small businesses need.

Netflow worked with an enormous array of clients who all needed a content management system. They pioneered the effort in Napa Valley to create a system – NOW – where anyone can update their Web site. It was a huge need and Netflow broke new ground in addressing it.

There isn’t anyone I can think of that Netflow hasn’t been able to help within their budget. They’re great problem solvers.

I don’t want to spend time doing these technology things. The beauty of Netflow is that I can turn to them and say, 'Here’s our idea; make it work.' And they do.

They’re fantastic with details. A lot of times when people are heavy on the technology skills, they aren’t so great with people skills (to put it politically correct). Netflow people are both.

We went to Netflow for our Web site video design component because of their simplified backend system. NOW system has turned out to be a really sophisticated suite of products will deal with e-mail blasts, data-specific management, and content management. The real benefit of NOW is that people who are managing content have a tool to use without a huge amount of effort.

When I came to Netflow all I had was an idea in my head for a Web-based company that edits digital photos. They believed in the idea and helped me all the way. They were able to bend and flex for us in way that other companies can’t. As we’ve grown, they’ve been able to grow with us. They make me feel like I’m their only client and even though I know it’s not true, it’s a great relationship. 

 When our clients were asking us for a Web-based tool to help streamline inquiries and to filter out irrelevant ones, we had to keep telling them ‘We’re marketers not programmers.’ We turned to Netflow to develop it for us. The great thing about Netflow is not only their technical expertise, but their ability to walk you through the use of the tools they provide. They’re a great team from top to bottom and although we’ve never met in person, I feel confident working with them.

We work in a crisis mode here at NEWS. We don’t have until tomorrow morning. We appreciate Netflow’s efficiency and timeliness. The sense I get is total dedication. You don’t always get genuises who are also nice but Netflow has them.

I said to Net-Flow, ‘Here’s what I have and here’s what I need,’ and they helped me pull it all together. Now, they’re part of our team. They go above and beyond.

Things are changing so fast, and Netflow helps us wade through it. They’re straight up and it’s clear they’re there to help and not just sell you products.

We’re a two-attorney firm and I’m amazed at the level of service we get from Netflow when they get the panicky phone call from us.  

          We got involved with Netflow when we had a meltdown and our tech person was AOL so we were out of business for two-three days. Netflow got us back up and running. The difference for us is the personal attention - it distinguishes them from the other companies.  

 Technology is the most critical part of our business. When there’s a problem, everything comes to a grinding halt. Netflow is the one we call anytime anything goes wrong. They keep us up and running. There are no other contenders to match them.

 Dean and his team were instrumental in teaching me how to work with the Web. They can work with people at all skill levels.

Those guys have been nothing but fantastic.

We don’t always realize how important an investment in technology is, but we turned to Netflow as we were growing. It turned out to be the most cost-effective way to do what we need to do efficiently, which is really important for non-profits. They made recommendations and helped us purchase a file server that met our needs, and they dramatically improved our communications in the office, as well as with board members and donors. It’s been worth every penny.

 Net-Flow is our information technology partner. We need robust content management, and they have a set of tools and resources that provides it.

 Netflow is able to do what your average computer-networking guru can’t. Their efforts have greatly enhanced my business. 

Part of what Netflow does for me has to do with time. I know enough about computers to be dangerous, but I can spend hours trying to fix something, and that’s not what I do for a living. Dean’s group is there when I have a problem, and I can focus on my work. 

 My creative team dreams things up, and Netflow makes them happen. Still we have complete control of our Web site. It’s the best of both worlds.

Being brand-new and small, we had no one in-house to deal with technology questions; Netflow responded to any and all of our needs.

Netflow provides a broad range of services for us.  Because of Netflow we don’t have to have an IT person on site, which is a considerable savings for us. They’re really responsive so it’s like having our own IT person.

We’re a small office, but our technology has to be way up there because we have clients like Wal-Mart and Costco that won’t wait for you if you have technology problems. Netflow brought us up to the level where we needed to be. We may be small but we need someone to take us seriously. To have someone say, ‘I’m on it now is huge.

I have been in business 40 years. When I started we did everything by hand. I had to make the transition to computers.

I am thrilled that the website did well in this competition. Our site, which is really three websites rolled into one location, was developed in just two months. The Board of Directors wanted to revamp our image and provide one source of information for our Member Information, West Coast School and ProPhoto Expo. We chose Net-Flow Internet Solutions’ NOW products to help us manage the content on our website. Professional Photographers of California is a membership-driven organization staffed primarily by volunteers. Website software is just as technical and specialized as Photoshop. Most organizations rely on a volunteer that has this knowledge or hire someone to maintain their websites. With Net-Flow’s NOW products we no longer have to worry about maintaining our website with a specialized person, now any volunteer can maintain our website. Now we no longer have to overwhelm our volunteers or lock down one volunteer into long term maintenance duty!

Yesterday at 4pm the new logo and Web site were unveiled. There were many oohs and ahhs and a lot of excitement. After the presentation the champagne was uncorked and the celebration started. Everyone loves the new look. Thank you, thank you! You guys are the best!

Blue Oak School has been working with Net-Flow for over two years and has been absolutely delighted with the overall breadth of products and services.
